By accessing or using Calibr8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Calibr8.

If you are between 16 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

One account per person. Do not share your account or create multiple accounts.

Calibr8 provides personalized nutrition coaching tools including calorie and macro calculations, food logging, progress tracking, and evidence-based guidance.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

IMPORTANT: Calibr8 provides general nutrition education and tracking tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The nutrition recommendations are based on general guidelines and your self-reported data. They are not tailored to specific medical conditions.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or physician before starting any diet program, especially if you have diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, or other medical conditions.

If you experience adverse symptoms while following any recommendations, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; upload malicious code or content; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You agree not to scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Calibr8 Nutrition and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data you input (food logs, measurements, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

Calibr8 offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibr8 and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon your request.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where you reside.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of your country of residence within the EU, or through alternative dispute resolution if both parties agree.
